Sentimently processes all your Facebook comments (on page posts and ads) in realtime and uses sentiment analysis to auto-hide harmful comments. It moderates your comments and protects your reputation and ROAS.
New comments are automatically processed when they are posted, and then scored with our sentiment algorithm. If the sentiment is negative, the comment will be automatically hidden so only the author and his/her friends can see it. Other people can't see hidden comments.
From within Sentimently you can:
- View the comment on Facebook.
- Hide of unhide the comment manually.
- Delete the comment.
- Ban the user from leaving future comments.
- Reply to the comment.
You can also choose from Sentimently's moderation settings to choose your level of strictness when it comes to moderation.
